*The Master Plan for Final Journey: MISSION RETURN to ALLAH SWT* People always plan creafully decades before to achieve expected successful outcomes as intentional plan is the pillar for Success whereas by default randomness is the pillar of failure. So, globally we follow our plan to build the World asper approved Master Plan. As such, when I was reading the starting Verse of Surah Ambia- it (Verse 21:1) gave me a big goosebumps. We have engrossed ourselves in the hustle and bustle of this life so much so that we remain completely negligent of the ultimate reality of our live coming ahead. Life is melting like the block of ice. We can't control the gushing flow of time. So Allah SWT warns us about forgetting our Mater Plan for the Mission Return to Him: Surah Ambia-The Prophets (21:1) ٱقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ وَهُمْ فِى غَفْلَةٍۢ مُّعْرِضُونَ ١ "The time of˺ people’s judgment has drawn near, yet they are heedlessly turning away." This verse is one of the Qur’an’s strongest wake-up calls. It portrays humanity as travelers moving rapidly toward accountability before Allah SWT remaining distracted by temporary worldly engagements. Death is silently approaching every human being with absolute certainty and precise timing, yet many live as though life will continue indefinitely. A deep reflective learning from this verse is that death is not merely an event at the end of life — it is a constant companion advancing toward us at every passing second. Every sunrise reduces the remaining span of life. Every funeral announces a message: “You are next.” “Your meeting with Allah is approaching soon.” “Your opportunities are decreasing.” The Qur’an therefore condemns Ghaflah (heedlessness), which means: Spiritual negligence, Forgetting Allah, Living without preparation for accountability, Becoming absorbed in worldly distraction while ignoring the Hereafter. The tragedy described in this verse is not ignorance of death, because everyone knows death exists. Rather, the tragedy is emotional denial despite intellectual certainty. Humans witness: Kafon (Funral white cloth), Graves, Aging parents, Sudden illness, Death, Funerals, Collapsing worldly power, yet quickly return to distraction as if death only comes for others not for Me. This verse teaches that heedlessness wastes the most valuable asset Allah gave humanity- that is Time Currency. A moment passed in heedlessness can never return. The believer therefore learns to treat every moment as a trust from Allah SWT. The verse also creates a powerful psychological image: Accountability for Judgement is “drawing near,” while humans are “turning away ignoring that reality.” One reality is Advancing; the other is Escaping. But Escape is impossible. The Qur’an repeatedly connects this heedlessness to attachment to dunya: “Leave them to eat, enjoy, and be diverted by false hope…” ( Surah Al-Hijr 15:3) Long hopes make humans spiritually sleepy. People plan decades ahead for worldly matters but hardly any plan for Repentance, Study Qur’an with utmost attention, Sincerity, Charity, Purification of heart, and finally preparation for the Mission Return-Death. A reflective believer therefore asks daily: If death comes tonight, what will accompany me? Which deeds are accpetable to Allah SWT? Which sins remain unrepented? How much time was lost in useless gossip, social media sharing non-sense? Did my heart move closer to Allah today? Take all these themetic areas in the Master Plan of the Final Journey right now! The verse is not meant to produce despair; it is meant to awaken urgency and consciousness. In the Qur’anic perspective, remembrance of death purifies priorities: Arrogance becomes humility, Greed becomes contentment, Hatred becomes forgiveness, Laziness becomes effort for akhirah. Death transforms from terror into guidance when considered it with Solid Iman.
